於清帝國統治末期所興建的東西兩岸三通道之一，又稱三條崙古道，西起枋寮鄉的水底寮，終至東端的大武鄉加羅板部落。現今浸水營國家步道的西側入口起自枋寮鄉大漢林道23.5公里處，由新開苗圃至此車行約70分鐘，接著步行約15.4公里即到達台東大武苗圃的姑仔崙吊橋，再行4公里可到達加羅板部落，是一條富含人文史跡與特殊自然生態景觀，是旅客最愛的登山健行步道之一。
浸水營國家步道幾百年來除了是原住民交易通道，也被日本人、外國傳教士、清朝官兵等各代人民使用，步道上留有許多人文遺址包含「出水坡遺址」、「浸水營日警駐在所」等。登高望遠，可眺望南北大武山。
前往浸水營國家步道，須先申請入山證，申請方式分為線上申請和現場申辦，若想現場申辦，須到歸崇派出所和枋寮分局申請。
Jinshuiying Historic Trail
This ancient trail was initially constructed at the end of the Qing Dynasty and used to be one of the three main roads that connected Taiwan’s west and east coast. Jinshuiying Historic Trail starts from Shuidiliao in Fangliao Township, Pingtung County, on the west side and ends at the Jialuoban Tribal Village in Dawu Township, Taitung County, on the east side. You can enter the trail entrance located on the Dahan Forest Road at the 23.5km mark off of the west entrance of the Jishuiying National Trail. It’s about a 70-minute drive from Xinkai Nursery, and from there, you will need to hike 15.4km to reach Guzailun Suspension Bridge in Dawu, Taitung. Walk another 4km, and you will reach Jialuoban Tribal Village. This popular trail holds a significant historical/cultural importance with its unusual natural ecology and landscape.
