位於大武鄉尚武村大武溪與朝庸溪之間的凹地，由豐富的天然湧泉形成，匯集金龍山與巴矢山間的地表水後，向北流入大武溪，為天然湖泊，蓄積的湖水是大武附近農田主灌溉水源，亦稱為「大武水庫」。金龍湖生態豐富，是候鳥南遷的重要棲息地，每年10月至11月為候鳥南遷過冬的季節；而湖邊約2公里的環湖道路，為熱門戶外活動的景點。
Jinlong Lake
Jinlong Lake is a freshwater lake formed by the large hollow areas between the Dawu and Chiaoyun Rivers. The lake, also known as “Dawu Dam,” collects surface water from the nearby Jinlong & Bashi Mountain and provides irrigation sources for nearby farmlands. The abundant ecosystem here provides the perfect resting spot for migratory birds heading south for the winter from October through November. The 2km lakeside trail has become a popular destination for outdoor activities.
